You can adjust the print intensity by navigating to: Settings → Control Tab → Advanced Settings → Intensity Level. 1. Open driver and click Advance Setting. 2. When the warning pop-up appears, click OK. 3. Click the 'Load' 4. In Intensity, you can adjust the darkness of each panel.

Go to: Settings → Image Tab, then enable the Matte option and select High Quality print mode as shown in the image below.

Apply "Matte" if the card is a matte texture, apply "erode" to increase the recognition of range of black, allowing for darker tone of print result on texts.
